Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account details such as email address, display name, and profile image.
- Membership status, billing status, and limited transaction details from our payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Product activity such as followed creators, sportsbook preferences, saved betslip selections, notification choices, and feature usage.
- Device and technical information such as push-notification tokens, IP address, browser or device type, diagnostic logs, and security events.
- Information you choose to connect, such as a Discord account.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate members, provide paid features, remember preferences, deliver requested notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, respond to support requests, and improve Run Pure Bets. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance.
Service providers and third parties
We disclose information to service providers that help operate the product, including hosting, authentication, email, push notification, payment, analytics, and customer-support providers. They may process information only to provide services to us and under their own legal obligations.
Sportsbook links open third-party services. Run Pure Bets does not control their privacy practices, eligibility rules, location checks, or account data. Review the operator's policy before using its service. We may receive compensation when a member follows certain outbound links.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and account deletion
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal obligations. You can delete your account in the iOS app under Account → Danger zone. Deletion removes the sign-in identity and private app data such as preferences, follows, push tokens, and connected accounts. Historical published team picks may be retained in anonymized form as business records.
Deleting an account does not by itself reverse a completed charge. If a membership is still renewing, stop renewal in Account before deleting the account.
Your choices
You may turn off push notifications in device settings, disconnect supported integrations, update account information, or request account help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information.
Security and age limits
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Run Pure Bets is not intended for children under 18. Third-party sportsbooks may impose a higher minimum age and other eligibility requirements.
