Run Pure Bets provides sports information, opinions, research tools, market data, and links. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept or place wagers, and do not hold wagering funds. Picks and projections are not guarantees of any result or profit.
Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 18 to use Run Pure Bets. If you choose to visit a sportsbook, you are responsible for satisfying that operator's age, identity, location, and legal requirements. Do not use the service where sports wagering or related content is prohibited.
Gambling involves risk. Set limits, never wager money you cannot afford to lose, and seek help if play stops being recreational. See the Responsible Gaming resources.
Accounts and memberships
Keep sign-in links and account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. Existing eligible memberships are recognized in the iOS app. Purchase and renewal are not offered inside the iOS app.
Membership access may continue through the end of a paid period after renewal is stopped. Pricing, renewal cadence, refund eligibility, and any promotional terms presented at purchase form part of these terms.
Third-party services
Sportsbook and other third-party services are independent from Run Pure Bets. Their odds, availability, settlement decisions, terms, privacy practices, and responsible-gaming controls apply. A line or price shown in Run Pure Bets may change or become unavailable before a third party opens.
Acceptable use and content
You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes. You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse authentication, access another person's account, or reproduce protected content except where law permits. Run Pure Bets and its licensors retain all rights in the product, branding, analysis, software, and content.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run Pure Bets disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for wagering losses, missed markets, third-party conduct, data errors, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, suspension, and contact
We may update features or these terms, and may suspend access for security, abuse, nonpayment, or legal reasons. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to info@runpuresports.com.
