Sign-in help
Use the email attached to your Run Pure Bets membership. The secure link expires after 15 minutes and should be opened on the same device. If it does not arrive, check spam and request a new link.
Membership and account deletion
Existing Pro access is recognized automatically after sign-in. To stop renewal, open Account and choose Cancel at period end. To permanently delete the account, first stop an active renewal and then use Account → Danger zone → Delete account.
Odds and sportsbook handoffs
Prices can move between display and handoff. If a sportsbook does not open the expected market, return to Run Pure Bets, refresh the board, and choose another available book. The sportsbook makes the final eligibility and market-availability decision.
